If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Uppercase
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to uppercase.co.in, accessible from https://uppercase.co.in/
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return will be accepted only with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You can cancel the product anytime after placing the order until it’s out-for-delivery. Post-cancellation, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In case of exchanges, a new order will be placed for the same product on your behalf and will be delivered to you at the original shipping address once we’ve received and inspected your return. In case of unavailability of the same product variant, you would have an option to either choose another product variant (for eg. Colour) or request a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment (except Cash On Delivery) method within 10 business days. In case of Cash On Delivery, you must provide us with a UPI-linked phone number or bank account details on email@example.com. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
