Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: The warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient (herein referred to as “You” and “Your”) of the travel gear (herein referred to as the “Product”), and its duration is specified as on hand tag or on the website.

Defects and Damages: In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your Product, within the warranty period, as a result of defect in materials or workmanship or a similar manufacturing defect is identified, we will, at our discretion, replace / repair it, in accordance with the warranty terms & conditions stated herein. Please note that we do not provide any warranty cover against damage caused to your Product by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, damage by pets, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme conditions, solvents, acids, prolonged and/or unusual exposure to water, normal wear and tear, wrinkles on soft luggage, digital print, vegan lather trimmings, Airline damages, Colour peeling and fading over time, or transport damage.

Airline Damages: If any damage is noticed on your Product during transit, it is important to take action promptly file a claim with the airline authority or relevant transportation authority responsible for the shipment. This should be done before clearing customs, departing from the airport or accepting the product fully.

Service Centres: Repairs to your Product under warranty must be performed by an approved uppercase customer service and repairs by unauthorized agents will render any future warranty claim as null and void.

Global Warranty: If the warranty is global, you can have your Product repaired vide our assistance available worldwide. In case our assistance Is unavailable, we shall replace your Product or refund the value of the Product.

Costs: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with getting the Product to an uppercase service centre, including packaging, shipping, and applicable taxes.

Documentation: To avail of warranty service, you need to provide the duly completed E-warranty certificate or the original purchase receipt.

Repair or Replacement: The uppercase service centre will determine if the problem is covered by the warranty. If so determined, under the sole discretion of uppercase, uppercase will cover the costs of repair or replacement and return of the Product.

Product Availability: If the Product is no longer available, uppercase may substitute it with a comparable product, and there won't be a liability to pay the customer the price difference.

Limited Warranty Value: The warranty provided is limited to the value of the Product.

Specifications: Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.

Non-Warranty Repairs: If the Product is not under warranty, any repairs and associated costs will be at the owner's expense.

Locks TSA/NonTSA: Product locks are designed to prevent accidental opening but may not necessarily prevent theft, breakage, or unauthorized access.

Legal Disclaimer

Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this warranty card is subject to Indian laws and the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability: Acefour Accessories Private Limited's (“Company”) liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. This means that the Company's responsibility or compensation is capped at the amount paid for the Product.

Responsibility for Delays: The Company, its dealers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any delays in the repair or replacement of products. Delays may occur due to exceptional circumstances or the non-availability of spare parts or products.

Right to Amend Terms: The Company reserves the right to amend, alter, or modify the terms of the warranty as needed. Any changes to these terms will be updated and made available on the Company’s website.
