History Made by uppercase at Paris Fashion Week with ‘Serendipity’ Collection.

At uppercase, we’ve always believed that travel is more than just movement, it’s a story of discovery, connection, and purpose. On October 2, 2025, we had the proud privilege of bringing that story to life as the first Indian travel gear brand to be showcased at the Accessories Showcase during Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2025.

 

This moment marks a milestone in our journey of taking Made in India design and innovation to the world. Following our successful debut at New York Fashion Week earlier this year, our presence in two of the world’s most influential fashion events in the same year reflects our growing global voice, one that celebrates design-led, sustainable travel gear from India.

 

The Serendipity Collection: Where Journeys Meet Design

 

At Paris, we unveiled our latest collection ‘Serendipity’, a tribute to the beauty of journeys, chance encounters, and the unexpected bonds that shape every traveller’s story. Each suitcase in the collection tells its own tale, yet together, they form a harmonious motif, a metaphor for connection and destiny.

The palette draws from the world around us, earthy neutrals, muted greens, sandy beige, twilight blues, and soft metallics, hues inspired by landscapes that spark wanderlust. Staying true to our eco-conscious ethos, Serendipity is crafted using recycled fabrics, sustainable trims, and responsibly sourced materials, reaffirming our belief that style and sustainability belong together.

Taking Travel Gear Beyond Function to Fashion

Adding to the energy of our showcase were former Miss India and fashion icon Arissa Khan, and actor and style leader Sahil Salathia, who walked as showstoppers. Their presence brought alive our vision of redefining travel gear as a modern lifestyle statement, one that resonates with today’s digital-first and design-conscious audience.

The showcase concluded on a proud note as our Chief Design Officer, Nidhi Rajora, walked the ramp, a moment that captured the creative spirit and innovation that drive uppercase forward.

 

A Milestone for Indian Design

Reflecting on the showcase, Sudip Ghose, Founder & Managing Director of uppercase, shared:

Alongside Serendipity, we continue to expand our portfolio with dynamic new launches, including Holidaze, a playful, vacation-inspired collection, and Pro Hard Trolley with sleek laptop sleeves designed for professionals on the move. Each collection reflects our commitment to innovation, style, and functionality for every kind of traveller.


The Serendipity Collection will be available from November 2025 across uppercase retail stores, our official website, and leading online marketplaces, just in time for the festive and travel season.
